Free MultiTrack – Mimina by Tausi Zaina
The free track for June is an African style track called Mimina by Grand Rapids worship leader and song writer Tausi Zaina.
Tausi’s song, Mimina, has become a favourite at Kentwood Community Church, where she is a worship leader. Kentwood Community is home to a multicultural congregation from all over the world, and Mimina’s African style ministers across cultural boundaries.
Mimina translates as ‘sprinkle’, and ‘shukisha’ means ‘pour out’. Baba is an affectionate term for ‘Father” in Swahili. The song’s catchy chorus just means “Father, sprinkle Your presence, pour down Your blessings”.
Listen to an audio sample and download the free track here. There is also a free chord chart available.
The song comes in Transition Track formatting for Worship Backing Band’s Mac/PC or iPad Transition MultiTrack Player. MultiTracks are the simplest and least expensive solution to get a full band sound from your worship team, even if you’ve only got a couple of musicians.
